Hello Emerson releases their debut album, "Above the Floorboards" on August, 25th. Preorder at www.helloemerson.com

Several things are special about this show.

13-PIECE BAND: We'll perform the whole album with full instrumentation, including pedal steel, string trio, brass quartet, synths, and more.

RUTH AWAD: award-winning Lebanese-American poet whose debut poetry collection Set to Music a Wildfire (forthcoming in 2017) won the 2016 Michael Waters Poetry Prize from Southern Indiana Review Press. She is the recipient of a 2016 Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award. She has an MFA in poetry from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and she is the assistant poetry editor at Atticus Review and the blog editor at Agape Editions.
